The effect of the integration of information and communication technologies in education - study the model e-Twinning in the field of education within the framework of the Algerian international partnership to achieve the objectives of sustainable development

Abstract
The objective of this study is to study the effect of the integration of technologies in education through e-Twinning in order to exploit partnership opportunities in the field of education, training, and evaluation, between the Ministry of National Education Algerian and its foreign counterpart, in respect implement sustainable development plans in the national education sector based on guaranteeing the quality of education and training and the integration of partners education, and the achievement of the United Nations sustainable development goal, while improving opportunities for learning all t throughout life. The results showed that this partnership achieved the objective of this transdisciplinary through the localization of modern information and communication technologies in the field of education, at the rate of the rapid development of these technologies and of their optimal use in the Algerian education system, and enabling learners to acquire the skills of the 21st century which enable them to create jobs and improve their standard of living. The importance of this partnership is also evident in increasing the effectiveness of cooperation, communication, and partnership between learners themselves and with others at home and abroad on the one hand, and increasing the effectiveness of teachers and staff on the other hand.
