Abstract
Family companies are considered institutions that play an important role in achieving sustainable development as they are the main source of investment and financing by establishing projects of a private nature or in partnership between the public sector and the private sector, and supporting the private sector to contribute to achieving sustainable development, and this requires the governance of these companies In order to avoid administrative and financial corruption and restore confidence between the directors of these family companies and the shareholders, but in any case they will not go out of the general rules governing commercial companies in accordance with the legislation in force.
