Abstract

The performance of employees or workers in the institution is important to institutions of all kinds, and institutions in general and Public Health institutions in particular have gone through a set of measures that resulted from the emergence of the Corona Covid-19 pandemic, which may affect the performance of workers in these institutions, this study came to address the problem of extent The effect of these preventive measures on the performance of human resources with the aim of knowing the best approach to dealing with such cases in the future and optimization of crisis management by using the method of investigation and data analysis with employees of these institutions in ADRAR city, and the research concluded that there is a negative impact on the performance of health sector employees, which calls for careful study of these procedures.
