Effect of Entrepreneurial Activity on Gross Domestic Product and selected Variables in Brazil

The study aimed to examine the impact of Entrepreneurial Activity and selected Variables on Gross Domestic Product in Brazil for the period (2001-2020) by employing the ARDL/ bounds test approach the has been applied in this study to capture both the short-run and long-run impact of Entrepreneurial Activity on Gross Domestic Product. The results show that Gross Domestic Product is positively correlated with the Entrepreneurial Activity, this indicate that an increase in Entrepreneurial Activity can enhance Gross Domestic Product, Meaning that an increase in the Entrepreneurial Activity raises the Gross Domestic Product in the Brazil in the short-run and long-run. The results also show that the Gross Domestic Product is negatively correlated with the selected Variables.

Analysing Startups Failure Factors: Evidence from CB Insights Tech Market Intelligence Platform

Failure as a phenomenon is roughly inseparable from the startups subject in previous literature, causing a debate among scholars about the diagnostic of the reasons of this pathology, due to the large failure rates of startups that impose risks of ruling out the positive impact and added value they allow. Our paper attempts to contribute to this debate by analysing a database of 353 startups post-mortem reports from the CB Insights Tech Market Intelligence Platform using 65 failure factors based on 245 factors used in 13 prior studies. Results indicate that failure factors related to product/market misfit, lack of capital, great power of competition, law and regulation problems, and bad business model appear as the most important factors that lead startups to fail. Furthermore, findings emphasize that failure factors related to product/market misfit and the lack of capital appear actively in the early stages of the startup lifecycle, to decline gradually in the later stages leaving room for factors related to great power of competition and law and regulation problems, with relative stability of financial problems through the lifecycle of the startup

The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications: A case study of The Electronic Communications Market in Algeria

This study aims to identify the state of the electronic communications market in Algeria through the newly created tuning authority to frame and regulate this market according to the powers granted to it and through several mechanisms of intervention and at several levels, most notably the phone market and the Internet market, where the tasks of the authority were addressed regulating postal and electronic communications and its organizational structure, as well as systems for the exploitation of electronic communications ,It was also referred to within the stages of the research to the economic adjust and the various authorities of it, leading to a statistical presentation and analysis of the phone market and the Internet market, in addition to the share of each dealer in this market is without neglecting the consumer rights guaranteed by the applicable regulation and legislation.

The study concluded that the authority to adjust the post and electronic communications in Algeria contributed significantly to the regulation of the telephone and internet markets in various types of technology directly related to these two markets and achieving a set of positive economic performances, and the latter is considered an important market, despite reaching a state of market saturation, which was preceded by continuous growth.

The Chinese economy ranked second globally after the U.S. economy. Despite this success, China seeks to strengthen its economic relations with many countries of the world’s continents and to link the economies of these countries by linking the world’s continents to a network of transport lines and routes (land, maritime, and digital) to strengthen international trade and economic cooperation. In 2013, an economic initiative was launched: “Belt and Road Initiative.” Algeria was a supporter of such initiative and had had relations with China since ancient times.

This paper aims to analyze the relationship between China and Algeria and the desired benefits at various levels. Therefore, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted to present these relations and analyze their effects and implications.

It concluded that the Sino-Algerian relations are considered strong relations that transcended the economic and political aspects to include all aspects, particularly the social and cultural aspects.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة المشروعات الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر في التقليل من نسبة البطالة في الدولة، أعتمد الباحثون في جمع البيانات على استمارة الاستبيان التي تم تصميمها لهذه الغرض، وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والتوزيعات التكرارية واستخدام التحليل الإحصائي SPSS)) توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: المشاريع الصغيرة والمتناهية في الصغر تساهم في تقليل من نسبة البطالة في الدولة، وكذلك الاستعانة بعناصر عاطلة عن العمل للرفع من الإنتاجية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى إنه لا يوجد تنسيق أو خطة مستهدفة مع الجهات العامة المختصة في انخراط الباحثين عن العمل للتوظيف، ومن خلال ما تم استخلاصه من الدراسة إن هناك عزوف من قبل العاطلين عن العمل عن قبول أعمال لا تليق بمستواهم التعليمي، كما خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات ومن أهمها على الدولة إن تدعم هذه المشاريع والاستعانة بها في مشاريع الدولة، وضرورة استهداف الباحثين عن العمل في عقد ندوات ومؤتمرات وورش عمل للتعريف بالمشاريع الصغيرة والمتناهية في الصغر والتي تحتاج إلى رأس مال كبير

اعتمدت الحكومة الجزائرية على تقديم دعم حكومي لبعض السلع والخدمات الأساسية على غرار دعم السكر، التعليم، الصحة، غير أن هذا التوجه بات يؤثر على مؤشر الكفاءة الإقتصادية للدولة و يثقل كاهل الميزانية العامة، خاصة في ظل ندرة الموارد وتراجع أسعار النفط، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تفاقم العجز الموازني الذي بلغ في مشروع قانون المالية 2023 مبلغ 5884.9 مليار دينار جزائري، ما يُقارب 42 مليار دولار، أي مايزيد عن عجز العام الماضي ب 12 مليار دولار. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقدير أثر الدعم الحكومي والتحويلات الإجتماعية على النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر، حيث تم الإعتماد على طرق التحليل الإحصائي المتقدم في تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها وحصرها من خلال قواعد بيانات عالمية ومحلية، تمثلت في تقدير نموذج الإنحدار الخطي المتعدد لسلسلة زمنية خاصة بالناتج الداخلي الخام PIB على عدة سلاسل زمنية خاصة بالدعم الحكومي خلال الفترة الممتدة مابين 2010 إلى غاية 2021،وذلك باستخدام برنامج SPSS وقد توافقت دراسة هذا البحث مع الفترة التي أقرت فيها الحكومة الجزائرية إعلان إصلاح نظم الدعم المطبقة حاليا. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن كل زيادة في الدعم الحكومي بمختلف أشكاله (دعم التعليم، دعم الكهرباء والغاز والماء، الدعم الصحي) تؤثر إيجابا على النمو الاقتصادي ، أي أن هناك تناسبا طرديا بين المتغيرات السالفة الذكر الذكر والـ PIB.

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنعدم وجود حوافز كافية لتبني سياسات اجتماعية وبيئية هو سبب تأخر ممارسة المؤسسات لمسؤولياتها الاجتماعية.

التكوين هام وضروري لبناء قوة بشرية منتجة لنجاح أي خطة العمل، وبالتالي فإن إغفال عملية تكوين العاملين ضمن الخطة قد يكون أكثر المسببات لإثبات عجزها عن القدرة لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة لا سيما المتعلقة بالجانب الإنتاجي، إذ نلاحظ تفطن بعض المسؤولين إلى مدى أهمية العنصر البشري المدرب والمؤهل في العملية الإنتاجية، وبالتالي نقول أن المؤسسة التي تملك أكثر الكفاءات المؤهلة هي التي تعرف مستوى إنتاجي كبير أو كفاية إنتاجية. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو توضيح دور وأهمية التكوين في الرفع من إنتاجية المؤسسة الاقتصادية، هذه الدراسة أجريت على المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال البترولية الكبرى (ENGTP) خلال سنة 2019، هذه الأخيرة تعتبر من أهم المؤسسات الرائدة في مجال تنمية قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر.

International Entrepreneurship: Definitions and Evolution of a New Field of Research

International entrepreneurship is an emerging field, at the intersection between entrepreneurship and international entrepreneurship. Through this paper, we will present, in the first place, the evolution of the latter from its emergence in 1987 until 2020. Next, we will develop the different concepts and definitions concerning international entrepreneurship, and finally, we conclude with future research tracks.

We have noticed a significant evolution of publications since 2004, in 2020 one hundred and thirty-four articles have been published on the database "Scopus", we have used holes concepts as keywords when researching, which are: "international entrepreneurship" or "Born global" or "international new venture".

About the definition of international entrepreneurship, we found that there is no consensus. There is a multitude of definitions proposed by various researchers specialized in the field such as Oviatt and McDougal.

Despite the growing amount of research in the field of international entrepreneurship, there are still many avenues for future research. Fields such as sociology can bring a lot of understanding to the phenomena related to international entrepreneurship.
