Abstract

Through this study, we aim at identifying the most important factors that will push women in Algeria toward entrepreneurship, and The most important reasons for its success are the success. To that end, we have conducted a field study that touched 104 contractors across national territory, Using the survey tool,Its results were analyzed using the SPSSV.20 statistical package.


We have found that women's motivations for choosing entrepreneurship differ among positive motivations such as self-realization and professional autonomy; Others are the result of shortcomings, such as the search for work.
The family environment is also considered to have an impact on the decision to take action; We have also found that the most important success that helps entrepreneurship develop its enterprise is: Good leadership of the institution, having a spirit of ownership, and having strong relationships with the professional environment
