Abstract
Algeria has relied on a number of economic and development programs and technological and strategic plans in order to achieve a qualitative leap in the economic field. However, it neglected the aspect of sustainable development of its natural resources, which has become threatened. Nevertheless, in view of the ecological danger that has become a threat to the natural resources of the State, the direction has been changed from pure economic development, to create a balance between economic development and environmental development. Algeria has developed a set of mechanisms with future perspectives aimed at developing strategic programs and studies, through the preparation of plans at all levels, short, medium and far, for the protection of natural resources. In order to materialize these programs and plans, bodies and institutions have been created with the task of administering and protecting this sector from a second angle, which shows the desire of the State to organize its resources in a manner that guarantees their sustainability.
