  1. How do you file a complaint?

Authors have the right to file a complaint and request a justification if they see any misconduct in any applicable ethical policies and guidelines. Authors can raise their complaints by sending a letter to the journal's email:  jegeinfo@univ-adrar.dz.

All complaints about business process delays are investigated in accordance with prevailing ethical publishing practices.

        2- An author or any other scholar can complain about any problems related to:

  • -Plagiarism;

  • -Copyright violation;

  • -Violations in set standard for research;

  • -The peer-review comments are unsatisfactorily;

  • Unrevealed conflicts of interest;

  • -Deceiving in research results or wrong research results;

  • -Bias in review process;

  • -Manuscript processing time is unusually late;

  • --Authorship issues.

         3- Policy for Complaint Dealing

If a complaint has been issued, the plaintiff will initially receive an acknowledgment with the promise that effective action will be taken on the complaint within three working days, except the date of receipt of the complaint.

The Journal handling team initiates the investigative process according to the instructions of the Editor-In-Chief. A conference is held after the investigation is finished, with a full report on the complaint. The decision is taken and forwarded to the scholar concerned via his submitted email ID.
