Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the relationship between corporate social responsibility and human resources management with a focus on the Algerian reality In this field, this research focuses on monitoring this reality by extracting and analysing the most important results of previous studies in this field, which were carried out on more than 22 Algerian companies belonging to the public and private sectors.

It is clear from the results obtained that practices related to human resources management and which fall under the requirements of corporate social responsibility are not used in an appropriate and adequate manner.
