Abstract

There are new changes andtransformations that effect the working enterprise, such as globalization, free movement of capitalism, labourforce, and informatics. Thus,it was necessary to the enterpriseto adapt and adjust these changes in order to succeed and to carry on. A successful establishment should be aware that the interest in human resource is the key to success, to name examples: we found that the success of Western institutions, Asians particularly, are based mainly on the adoption of the Cultural ensemble and social community, this allowed matching individual goals with the once of the enterprise.The establishment gave importance to cultural values that help to succeed like discipline, in addition to encourage given suggestions by employees, all these elements play a crucial role to limit institution’s problems.

Basing on what have been said above, here comes ourproblemto examine the role of culture in defining enterprise’sbehaviorin ways offorming culture in institutions, and to know its main elements, functions in the working atmosphere
