Abstract

The study aimed to identify the leadership styles prevailing in the Finance House and the extent of their contribution to their development through the following study hypotheses. The researchers used personal interviews and a questionnaire to collect data and information. A survey questionnaire was conducted and the questionnaire was corrected by the arbitrators. What is necessary to conduct the questionnaire to produce a final form, which It was distributed to the directors of departments in the institution, and the sample was chosen in a simple random way, as it was chosen from the employees. The number of distributed forms reached 80 forms. To analyze the data on the questionnaire, the researchers used the ready-made program for statistical analysis, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), and the most important results were reached. The study shows that the prevailing administrative leadership styles in the organization are the democratic style, then the attitude style, and the autocratic style to a small degree, and that the managerial leaders in the company have high management skills
