The effectiveness of Kida model for predicting financial failure of insurance companies in Algeria –A field study-

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Kida model for predicting financial failure in Algerian insurance companies, and  to achieve the objectives of the study it was dropped on a sample of four Algerian insurance companies represented by Alliance  ,CAAT,CASH , and CCR, based on actual data derived the financial statements for periode 2014-2019.

The most important results of study is  the Kida model is considered effective for predicting financial failure in Algerian insurance companies, as its results were positive during most of the years of research.
