Abstract

The concept of administrative leadership has received great attention from researchers and interested people, because it represents a modern conception of the concept of effective management capable of making the institution successful. However, this success is coupled with several things, most notably what is known as innovation. This component is very important in the minds of managers and leaders. As a result of its pivotal role in achieving distinguished performance, from which our aim was to identify the administrative leadership of Condor and its efforts in activating innovation as the best tool for the institution to achieve distinguished performance in its various activities.
