Administrative leadership and its role in adopting innovation management in small and medium enterprises -A case study of Batimital Structures West

Abstract

The present study aims to shed light on the relationship between leadership and the innovation management in the small and medium enterprises, Accordingly ,and in order to achieve this objective a field study was conducted on a sample of  the leaders and Managers of  Batimital  company, In this study we used on the descriptive analytical approach to explore the Study variables and the relationship among them . Using a convenient sample of 37manger, using a questionnaire as a tool for collecting Data. The study attained the following results: There is significant statistical relationship between the leadership and innovation management at level 0.05 from the perspective of Batimital 's  Managers  around 0.59 and by explanatory estimated at 35%. .
