Abstract

The study aimed to know the impact of adopting the concept of a learning organization with its dimensions represented in: (shared vision, collective learning, strategic leadership, organizational learning culture) on the effectiveness of strategic decisions in business organizations, and for this purpose, the "Milk Complex in IGLI, in the State of Béni-Abbès" was chosen as a model for the study. Where a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the study sample, which amounted to 30 individuals. The questionnaire was unloaded and statistically processed using spss program. For the purpose of testing the hypotheses of the study, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and multiple linear regression were used. The study concluded that there is an effect of adopting the concept of the learning organization on the effectiveness of strategic decisions in the "Milk Complex in IGLI, in the State of Béni Abbès", and this effect is attributed to the dimensions of "strategic leadership" and "organizational learning culture" of the dimensions of the learning organization. The study also recommended the importance of establishing a culture of learning and collective participation in knowledge among the members of the complex as one of the components of the culture of the complex, preparing training and education programs based on the shortcomings and requirements of the complex, raising the level of learning in the management of the complex and engaging employees in making strategic decisions interactively.
