Organisational conflict management as an approach to improve the employee performance: A case study of SONELGAZ company –Ain Temouchent-

Abstract
The objective of this research paper is to ensure the role of organisational conflict management in improving the employees’ performance at SONELGAZ company –Ain Temouchent-. To reach the objectives of this study, we constructed and distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 40 employees at the company. Descriptive analytical techniques such as frequency, percentage, standard deviation & variance were applied to analyze and interpret the data. The major findings are that there is a significant effect of organisational conflict management on the employee’s performance. Therefore, there is a significant difference between avoidance strategies, collaboration and competing over the employee’s performance as opposed to compromising and smoothing strategies . Thus, we suggested to adopt the foundations so that the conflict Management strategies will be able to create the spirit of competition and creativity within the organization and to improve the employee’s performance so far .
