Abstract

The study is concerned with knowing the role of the business planner in achieving the goals of emerging projects by studying a sample of emerging projects in the city of Souk Ahras, where the study problem focused on answering the main question “What is the role of the business planner in the effectiveness of achieving the goals of emerging projects?”, and in order to To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach and the case study approach were used to answer the study’s questions and test its hypotheses. The questionnaire was relied on as a main tool for data collection and processing by the SPSS program. Of the emerging projects that give great importance to the application of the business plan within the management process, and the study found a significant impact of the business plan the goals of emerging projects with tangible effectiveness by providing effective solutions to the difficulties during the start of the project, and the study concluded that there is a need to pay attention to specialized education To ensure the quality of the business plan and, consequently, its ability to achieve the objectives of the projects with the desired effectiveness
