Abstract

This study aims to highlight the importance of introduce the environmental dimension in development policy-making, after the pollution and protecting the environment has become a global issue. This growing need has become imperative for the institutions to adopt effective systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Environmental Management System EMS, and perhaps the adoption of environmental responsibility is an effective tool that can achieve through this purpose. Although many of the institutions, especially in developing countries still do not pay much attention to environmental protection and the protection of its resources.
